Parti Buoy Warranty
Big Creek Products (dba Parti Buoy) warrants to the original purchaser this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of FOREVER or until the first beverage is consumed. Specific exclusions from this warranty include damage caused by over consumption, freeze, thaw, damage from pets or other critters and general mishandling.
Product material is resistant to fading but prolonged exposure to sun and/or pool chemicals may result in some fading and warping over time. This fading and warping will in no way impact the ability of the Parti Buoy to keep your food and refreshments afloat.
Due to material manufacturing processes, the foam material may contain minor visual or physical imperfections. These imperfections make each Parti Buoy unique and in no way impact the use or function.
Under no circumstances shall Big Creek Products be responsible for consequential damage resulting from the use or miss-use of this product. This includes loss of food or beverage in class 4 rapids or due to cannon balls by anyone over the age of 5. For warranty claims, please return defective product, including PROOF of PURCHASE DATE, freight prepaid, to Big Creek Products for replacement. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and handling charges. This warranty is the only warranty made by Big Creek Products and replaces any and all previous warranties.
